A localized repair is practical only when the surrounding installation is sound, the damage is accessible, and compatible replacement material is available.

A few planks or tiles are damaged, the substrate is stable, matching material is available, and the repair can be accessed without dismantling a large area.
The problem is widespread
Damage repeats across the floor, moisture or movement is ongoing, material cannot be matched, or the surrounding installation must be disturbed extensively to reach the problem.

Do not purchase solely from a rough room measurement. Layout, cuts, pattern, product defects, future repairs, and manufacturer waste recommendations can increase the quantity required.

Can you replace just a few damaged LVP planks?
Sometimes. The repair depends on the floor’s locking system, where the damaged planks are located, whether matching material is available, and whether surrounding planks can be removed or worked around without causing more damage.
Do you install tile backsplashes?
Yes. Pinnacle installs appropriately sized tile backsplashes in kitchens, laundry areas, bars, and similar spaces. Layout, outlets, edge details, material, and wall condition are reviewed before the scope is finalized.
Do you install flooring in an entire house?
Pinnacle focuses on smaller flooring projects, individual rooms, repairs, and detail work rather than competing as a high-volume whole-house flooring contractor.
Can one cracked floor tile be replaced?
Often, if a matching replacement tile is available and removing the damaged tile will not compromise surrounding tiles. The substrate and reason for the crack should also be considered before repair.
Do you repair subfloors?
Minor, accessible subfloor repairs and preparation may be included when the damage is limited and the scope is clear. Widespread moisture, structural movement, or extensive deterioration may require broader evaluation.
Are flooring materials included?
The estimate states whether materials are included, owner-supplied, or billed separately. For owner-supplied products, the exact flooring, trim pieces, coverage, waste allowance, and installation requirements should be reviewed before scheduling.
Can you match an existing floor or tile?
Pinnacle will match the size, profile, color, and pattern as closely as practical, but discontinued flooring, aged grout, dye-lot differences, and natural material variation can prevent an exact match.
