An aging exterior stair and landing were replaced with an extended composite access route and landing—carefully framed, supported, surfaced, and guarded for reliable commercial use.

The completed route runs along the building to a generous entrance landing. Pressure-treated framing, supported posts, concrete footings and structural connectors carry the composite surface, while continuous rails and black wire-panel infill define the guarded edge.
Cody confirmed the completed route and landing met the project’s ADA requirements and measurements.
